Population Today

As part of our strategic plan to make our websites a focal point of our communications effort, we have decided to cease publication of Population Today with the November/December 2002 issue and to reallocate those resources to increase our online coverage of important U.S. and international population issues. This decision was not an easy one, given that we have been publishing Population Today since 1975. But over the past several years, the costs of producing and printing this newsletter have increased dramatically.

To access articles from Volume 30 (2002), Volume 29 (2001), and Volume 28 (2000), please use our search engine, or the drop-down menus throughout this site that catalog content by Focus Area, Topic, and Region. Issues from Volume 30 (2002) are also available in PDF format, as are selected issues from Volume 29 (2001). Individual articles from Volume 28 (2000) can be accessed only through the search engine or the site's drop-down menus. Issues from Volume 27 (1999) are available on this website in PDF format only. For articles prior to 1999, please contact PRB.
